Brenderup has been making horse trailers since 1953 throughout Europe. Since Europe doesn’t have our SUV’s or big trucks, Brenderup became the leader in manufacturing light-weight trailers that could be hauled with lighter weight vehicles as well. You now have the option of transporting your horses with vehicles such as a 6 cylinder mini van. Any vehicle that has the wheel base of at least 93” and engines developing to 120 H.P. is suitable for a Brenderup trailer.

Brenderup trailers require the following vehicle configuration
- an engine that develops to 120 H.P.
- wheelbase of at least 93”
- class 2 or class 3 hitch
